Attorney Timothy Bearb focuses most of his practice on child sex abuse and clergy abuse cases.

Mr. Bearb is a native Houstonian with years of courtroom experience. He has years of experience handling personal injury cases involving child sexual abuse, insurance property loss, breach of contract, and employment litigation. His legal practice is dedicated to helping people who have suffered at the hands of large corporations and institutions.

Mr. Bearb began his injury and insurance law practice with a desire to help people who have been wronged by forces with apparently unlimited financial and political resources. Along the way, he has won the confidence of his clients, representing them in a significant number of injury, abuse, and insurance claims’ matters.
